customer conversation: your wishes, needs, habits and vision for the future
Drafting of a zoning plan including water and circulation: spatial planning according to intensity of use and natural logic
The result is a clear plan to scale that provides direction and at the same time leaves open what may still emerge.
Cost price
The cost depends on the size and complexity of the site, with a minimum price of €1,500 excl. VAT.
Usually, work is done on a time-and-materials basis with an estimate of the expected total cost after the initial first day of collaboration.
